What to include in your assessment request
The more we know before we visit, the more accurate the quote. It helps to tell us your average monthly electricity bill, whether you want to keep the whole house running during load-shedding or only the essentials, and whether you already have an inverter or a solar geyser. Mention the type of roof (tile, slate, corrugated or flat) and any shading from trees or neighbouring buildings, because that affects how the panels are laid out.
If you are pre-paid, say so. Pre-paid meters change the way the return on a system is worked out, and we would rather know at the start than after the site visit.
What happens next
We reply to confirm a suitable time for an assessment. During the visit we look at the distribution board, the roof and the space available for a battery and inverter. We then prepare a written quote that sets out the system size, the components and what is included. Nothing is installed until you accept the quote in writing.
An enquiry is not an order. Sending the form only starts a conversation, and you are free to compare other quotes.
